The deadline for abstract submission is 15 February 2022. (Abstracts submitted after this date can still be considered according to programme availability).


Authors should submit their summary as a Word file (doc. or docx) or equivalent (e.g., using RTF format). The following instructions should be carefully followed:

The page format should be A4, with margins equal to 2,5cm and Times New Roman font.

The TITLE OF THE PAPER in capital, bold letters (font size 14), centered and starting from the top of the typing area.

Names of the authors should follow the Harvard Referencing System, font size 12 (example: Ruiz-Rejón, J.C., and de la Herrán, R.), centered and separated from the title by two lines. Please underline the name of the presenting author. In the next line the affiliation of the authors should also be provided.

The text of the summary (font size 12 and single spaced typed) starts 3 lines after the addresses, headed by the word SUMMARY, centered.

The maximum length of the abstract is one page, including graphs and references.

Abstracts should be sent by this web site indicating the preferred presentation type (oral or poster) and topic.

The presenting author should register here.


Oral communication preparation

Oral communications will have duration of 15 minutes. 

Poster preparation

Posters dimensions will be 80 cm x 120 cm portrait. The posters must be placed in their corresponding panel before the poster session of the first day. During the poster sessions, presenters must be available for questions and discussion.
